When do I have to pay?

You do not pay anything upfront. You take the 3-day free trial first. If you and your child are completely satisfied with the teacher, you pay at the start of your regular monthly billing cycle.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Stripe), direct bank transfer, and international money transfer apps (Wise, Remitly) in USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, and EUR.

Is there any registration fee or cancellation fee?

None at all. There are zero admission or registration fees. You can stop or pause classes at any time with no penalties.

What happens if we miss a scheduled class?

If you notify your teacher or coordinator in advance, make-up classes will be scheduled so you never lose the class hours you paid for.
